To ‘drop in’ to a CrossFit, Boxing class or any other specialty class on a pay as you go basis it’s £9.30. Junior Boxing classes are £6.00, Rocky Rockets £4.80 and Mini Rockets £4.80.
For CrossFit and other specialty classes, you need to be 16 yrs +. Adult Boxing classes start at 17 yrs. Junior Boxing 12-16 yrs, Rocky Rockets boxing 7-11 yrs, Mini Rockets boxing 5-7 yrs.
The beauty of CrossFit is that you don’t have to be fit as a fiddle to start, exercises can be scaled to suit different levels of fitness and skill, so even if you don’t think you’re fit enough to train, you are!

The definition of CrossFit is; “a high-intensity fitness programme incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise.” Put simply, we take elements of Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Cardiovascular exercises and chuck them together into one big workout!
Literally anyone can do CrossFit! No matter age, level of fitness or confidence our coaches can scale and modify workouts to suit all needs.
The beauty of boxing is that in order to join in, you don’t need to punch anyone, or get punched! We offer ‘Thump Boxing’ which is revolved around boxing fitness, even our mixed ability classes offer something for everyone.
It’s important to stay active when injured, our coaches are on hand to advise you on different types of exercise you can do when carrying a knock, but of course always seek medical advise from your GP.
Yes we do, we can offer general 1-2-1 personal training, private Olympic lifting coaching and private Boxing coaching. Get in touch for more information.
Our Junior boxing classes take place on a Tuesday 4:45 pm, Wednesday 4:30 pm, Thursday 4:45 pm and Saturday 9:30 am.
We recommend that beginners/novice Juniors start with ‘Junior boxing’ and those who are at a higher level and looking to compete under the ABA (Alliance Boxing Association) come to our Tuesday 7:30 pm and Thursday 7:30 pm ABA classes.
Of course it’s not easy to get to every class that you’d like to, that’s why we offer the ‘Open Gym’ slots. This means that you’re able to train freely and use all of the equipment available, from punchbags to barbells. If you’re new to the gym environment, we advice attending a minimum of 10 classes before using the open gym option.
Yes. If you’re new to boxing and over the age of 18, we give you the chance to box on our ‘Prospect Promotions’ show, in a charity bout. If you’ve boxed before then you can box on the ‘Prospect Promotions’ event in a matched bout with opponents from different local gyms.
We also offer the opportunity for you to get ‘carded’ under the ABA and compete within the Alliance Boxing Association.
We offer a 10% discount on membership for ‘services’ (Fire service, Army, Police and NHS) and a 20% on student membership.
