Personal Training
At GFP we have an array of Personal trainers who will work with you to help you achieve your goals.
Predominantly we work on a 1-2-1 basis, however you can bring a friend to train with you too in our dedicated PT area.
You can choose between our coaches for Personal Training: Michaela Watt Tom Hudson Phil Day We have a new programme called ‘Focussed training’ which is in a group of 4 people who have specific goals in mind. The programmes are written by Phil Day and will be totally focussed on YOU!
