You can book your Free 2 Week trial by clicking here and then follow on the instructions, sign a couple of forms and you’re ready to rumble!
2 week free trial includes Junior Boxing, Beginner boxing, Thump Boxing, Full 12 rounds, CrossFit Foundations, Olympic Lifting and Hyrox. Some Daytime CrossFit and mixed boxing are included, but if you can not book these please email gym@grangefitness.com
